概述
??膜片止回阀是用于压力润滑系统中，防止润滑油回流，并使回油管保持一定的背压的作用。其广泛用于机械、石油、化工、化肥、动力、轻纺工作的各种压力各种压力润滑系统中。
产品型号及标志方法
??当压力润滑系统中的润滑油进入阀内，通过阀芯的阻尼小孔推动膜片组合件(达到开启压力6kgf/cm2)而通过并扒动钢球和压缩弹簧而流过。若R向液压高于P向液压，则膜片组合件和钢球组合件关闭，达到防止压力润滑油反向流动的目的。
??注：上述参数位2片膜片，若膜片为1片时，弹簧改为4.5X11X0.5时，开启压力为6kgf/cm2。

??Film check valve is used in pressure lubricating system to prevent refluence of lubricating oil and keep certain pressure, it can be widely used in lubricating systems of machine, petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, power and light textile.
Product model and identification
??When lube of pressure lubricating system enter into valve, film assembled(reach cracking pressure 6kgf/cm2) are pushed through steel ball 3 hold and spring 2 compressed. If hydraulic pressure of R direction is higher than that of P direction, film assembled and steel ball assembled will close so that prevent pressure lube from reveres flowing.
??Note: parameter above is 2 films. If it is one film and spring is changed to 4.5×11×0.5, cracking pressure is 6kgf/cm2．
