分配阀系列
概述
本产品能够将一个进油管均匀地分配到两个、四个或六个出口中，使油路更加简洁通畅。
??润滑介质进入配油器的压力腔中，通过活塞的运动将润滑介质推动，活塞完成循环时，就将润滑介质注入到各润滑点中。若润滑点堵塞，配油器本身就立即停止。

??各出口分配比在90% 以上；正常工作压力25MPa；压力损耗0.4MPa；接口M10X1；若将其中的一个出油口堵塞，在10MPa范围内其它出口不得漏油，且分配阀自动停止工作。

使用须知
??1、必须保证润滑油非常清洁。
??2、分配阀前必须装精密过滤器。
??3、进出口不得装反。
??This product is able to evenly distribute oil from one sucker to two, four or six outlets, which make oil pipe dean and smooth.
??Lubricating medium goes into pressure cavity, and push lubricating medium through plunger movement.
When plunger finishes circle, lubricating point, if point jams, oil mating machine it self will stop working.
Performance and technical parameters
??Distribution percent of every outlet is more than 90%. Normal working pressure is 25MPa:Pressure damge is 04MPa:joggle M10×1:if one of the outlets is blocked, other outlets can’t leak oil in the scope of 10MPa, and distribution valve is automatically stopped to work.
